Chip seems to be an ALPS UGXZ2 (Z2-509A).

This piece is found in the registry in PocketPC. Interesting point: IoBase = 0xAFE00700

(HimalayaMemoryMap 2nd-level.txt shows the physical address for 0xafe00000 to be 41e00000). Doesn't look good.
