• Device problems:

  1. Help, I can't hear anything while in a call, but the other person hears me properly.
  2. Help, my device is dead; all I see is a grey screen with a serial number on top (or USB when the device is placed in the cradle) and on the bottom I see V2.06 or V2.07
  3. Help, my device shows "No GSM" after upgrading, and I can not perform any more ROM upgrades
  4. Help, at startup my device is stuck at 4 color-screen or bootloader mode

  1. I get a Language ID Error
