Himalaya LEDs

The red and green LEDs on the right corner are controlled via ASIC3. Timebase, period time and duty time can be specified like on other architectures with this ASIC.
The blue LED is activated by GPIOA1. It is always blinking and there seems to be no way to modify its behaviour.

There are two more LEDs on the red and green phone buttons. These are switched on and off by a single GPIO bit on ASIC3 (see HimalayaASIC3).
